Costumer stated they had multiple leaks and concerns with overall roof condition. After exposing the roof we found multiple rotted areas and numerous cracks on rafters. We rebuilt roof rafters, and completely re-sheeted the roof with new underlayment material. We also install all new gutters and downspouts.

Check out this hardwood floor install. We removed all tile and subfloor, reframed for additional subfloor support to maintain a flat and solid surfaces for install. Once the hardwood was installed we taped cardboard over the flooring to protect it throughout the project.
