Something new is taking shape… and this time, it’s our own space to house TLG Homes & Bayshore Plumbing

We’ve been hard at work remodeling our new Manitowoc office, and we’re getting close to hosting clients for the first time!

This space was designed to give us a place to meet with clients, talk through ideas, make selections, and bring plans to life — all under one roof.

There are still a few finishing touches to go, but we couldn’t wait to share a peek of the before and after.

Introducing Deerbrook Crossing Phase 1 🏠

Site work has began on our Manitowoc subdivision Deerbrook Crossing which will connect Deerbrook Ln and Kellner St on the NW side of Manitowoc!

Phase 1 will consist of 16 lots. We will be building custom and turnkey homes in phase 1 with 5 homes starting early fall. Deerbrook Crossing will contain a total of 44 lots once completed. 🛠️
