Really really proud of this one right here! Customer came to me cuz their roof had been leaking for about 5 years on and off with minor repairs being done to try to fix it unfortunately if you don't get to the root of the problem you'll never fix it. Had to tear everything down fresh good wood replaced all rotten boards, decking, fiberboard and finished it off with 45 mil rubber. Had to replaced face boards that were rotten.And this time the rubber is being held down the way it should be with t-bar all the way around the perimeter finish that off with nice drip edge and the gutter and finished. This studio apartment underwent a complete transformation, which was a highly demanding and time-consuming process. The renovation began with a meticulous cleaning of every surface using TSP and warm water, which required two separate applications. Next, outdated lighting fixtures, light covers, and outlet covers were removed and replaced. Additionally, the window sills had to be taken out due to water damage. After completing these tasks, the space was prepared for three coats of semi-gloss white paint. The painting process alone dramatically altered the space's ambiance, making it feel entirely different. Furthermore, the installation of new LED matte black lights, a matte black towel rack kit for the bathroom, and new light and outlet covers culminated in a space that felt like a completely new and improved environment.

This was a multifaceted job that required various components to come together, resulting in a magnificent outcome. I had to install new cedar shake siding on both sides of the second story, which was a challenging yet rewarding task due to the two different pitch angles. Additionally, I had to install a decent-sized section of fascia and soffit, followed by applying a fresh coat of white paint to all the windows. The new and old cedar shake siding received a fresh coat of coffee brown paint, yielding an impressive result that I am very proud of. And the owner's.

Here at All Of IT LLC, I do just that - all of it! On this job, I had to do two sides of the house with cedar shake siding, a pain in the butt because there were two angles that had to be followed and, obviously, I had to keep my line straight. Then I did a small area of fascia and soffit that some squirrels had destroyed. Now, to finish all of it off, I will apply a fresh coat of stone paint, get all the windows painted up nice and fresh white - it'll be pristine. Jake Anhalt

This is going to be my biggest project to date starting with the tear down of this 25x25 garage that was made into a house it was so rotten don't know how it was standing now to finish clean up get a slab on grade board for the new 25x45-ft section blueprints look awesome so excited!
