A settling roadway. A failing subgrade. A bridge approach losing support.

See how HMI's Polyurethane Deep Foamjection™ was used to stabilize the ground below, restore support, and extend the life of the roadway without major excavation.

On a Kentucky riverport job, crews hit a rock shelf when driving metal sheet pilings leaving voids along the bottom. They needed to pivot to seal the voids and pumped HMI HF402 foam underground and locked everything in place.

No dragging the job out or ballooning costs. Just solid ground and back to work.

HMI's Hydrofoam is built to:
◼️Fill deep voids
◼️Stabilize soaked ground
◼️Handle tough water-side jobs
◼️Keep projects moving

When a contractor ran into a serious settlement problem, HMI account manager Austin didn’t just offer advice over the phone; he flew out to the jobsite and got in the trenches with the crew.

The casita and house were sinking, floors were dropping out of level, and the crew needed a fix fast.

Over two days, Austin worked side-by-side with the contractor to lift and stabilize the foundation and bring the interior slabs back where they belonged using over 700 pounds of high-density polyurethane injection.

That’s how we do things at HMI - real support, real people, and jobsite guidance when contractors need it most.

🟥Stop water at the source🟥

At Alaska’s Whittier Tunnel, water under the panels was causing movement, pumping, and unstable track conditions.

Because if water can move, it will. Underground, it always finds a way.

◼️Solution: HMI Deep Foamjection™
◼️Result: 500+ tunnel panels stabilized with long-term support — not a temporary patch job.

Expansive clay causing delays? ICS treats the soil itself, so your base stays put and your job holds up.
▪️Permanently cuts down clay swell
▪️Stands up to high-sulfate soils
▪️Environmentally friendly
▪️Works with your crew and your schedule
Apply it your way:
▪️Inject it in place = no excavation, less downtime
▪️Mix & place using standard equipment

Fewer failures. Less rework. More confidence in your base.
