Help us congratulate Shyler Luecht on 7 years with the Schmidt crew. He started out as a siding installer, worked his way to siding foreman, and is now one of our awesome window department foremen.

Over the years, Shyler has shown what hard work, leadership, and dedication look like. He takes pride in his work, does a great job leading his crews, and is always looking for a way to have some fun along the way—which happens to be one of our core values.

This picture was taken just this week at one of our customers’ jobs, where Shyler got to ride a horse for the first time. Definitely not something you see every day at work!

Congrats on 7 years, Shyler! Thanks for all you do and for being such a great part of the Schmidt crew. Here’s to many more!
