Each year the Habitat For Humanity of South Central MN hosts a women build month where women volunteers build homes for families in need. Shout out to Jessica Nelson of Brunton Architects for partnering with the women of Brennan at this year's She Nailed It build!

Ceilidh, Christine, Anna, Kaitlynn, and Jessica installed rebar, braced and straighted Fox Block wall forms, and poured concrete. It was a blast and we look forward to bringing another team next year!

Grateful to have United Way in the Mankato community improving lives! We love and Greater Mankato Area United Way loves ! Stop by Mankato West High School to see your campaign donations tracked on the thermometer sign!

A huge thank you to Mark and Kaitlynn with Brennan Companies once again for helping us remove from storage and install one of our United Way campaign thermometer banner signs on the west side of Mankato, along Riverfront Drive and Stoltzman Road, near West High School!

The banner is now all updated for the 2027 campaign with our goal to raise $2.5M to support 75 programs and initiatives!

The Brennan team is so generous with their time and we are grateful for their willingness to lend a hand. These signs allow us to share our campaign progress with the community and inspire others to invest in our four-county region. We are grateful for your partnership and commitment to making a difference.

The EV buses have started to arrive in Rochester!

We're in the process of building a maintenance garage for the Rochester Transit. There have been massive changes for Rochester's Transit with the influx of construction and growth in the town. Transit is working to match those changes and improve transportation options. One way is through EV city buses!

On a roofing project, safety is of the utmost importance! We've been working alongside US Compliance and the Schwickerts' team to ensure fall protection, railings, PPE and safe work practices are happening every time. We're grateful for another safe, successful project at Minnesota State University, Mankato!

Our team holds continuing education once a month to keep improving. In July we had Ann Vote do a training with our Project Managers and Superintendents on how to lead with clarity. We know that construction is bricks and mortar but it's also communication, personalities, and relationships. Thanks to Ann for providing common language to our team!

When one leader experiences an IMPACT presentation, it's impactful.
But when the whole team engages with IMPACT, there's clarity, alignment, and momentum.

A big thank you to Brennan Companies for inviting me to connect with their leaders to allow for clarity in the results they want, confidence in their communication, and conviction that consistency will support their projects, work relationships, and efficiency. I love when teams come together with a readiness to learn and an eagerness to set new ideas into motion.

When teams get into alignment, momentum is inevitable.

After having a trailer totaled during a summer storm, Reggie’s Trailer Sales & Rentals got us back in business with a new trailer. We're ready to carry on with summer construction season!

We're glad to be longtime supporters of the amazing work of the United Way!

Thank you Brennan Companies for making it possible for us to feature one of our large outdoor campaign thermometer banners at our big 2027 Kickoff & 95th Anniversary event and for supporting our mission in this unique way!

Look for this sign, and others throughout the region, to be updated throughout our campaign season over the next several months. This one is now located near West High School in Downtown Mankato off Riverfront Drive!

Finished up The Course in Mankato. Golf simulators for experienced golfers, kids, and everyone in between! We were even able to enjoy having our company party onsite after the opening.
