We are looking to hire the following Snow Professionals for the upcoming winter season:
Loader Operators, Skid Steer Operators, Plow Truck Drivers $20-24 per hour
Our properties are composed of commercial, retail, and medical facilities.

Responsibilities:
• Skid Steer - Loader Operator: Ability to operate a skid steer w/ a plow, bucket or sectional to remove the snow from lots
• Plow Truck Driver: Ability to drive a truck with a plow. Some shoveling may be required.
• Salt Truck Driver: Ability to drive a truck w/ a salter to salt the lots and understands the principle of proper application rates.
• Sidewalk Machine Operator: Ability to operate a Side by Side to plow and de-ice sidewalks
• Ability to work outside in the cold weather
• Ability to lift 50 pounds+
• Ability to safely operate equipment
• Respond and arrive promptly each time you are called for snow removal duties
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience (loader/skid steer/salt truck operators)
• Must have driver's license (skid steer/ plow driver/salt truck operators)
• Reliable transportation to get to and from work during winter storms
• Must be willing to be on call to work nights, days, or weekends.
• Dependable and able to commit to long hours of work when necessary
• Willing to work hard and be a team player
