Week 2 of our Wellness Pack soft launch and we are feeling so grateful for the love and support from our community!

It has been such a joy sharing fresh, locally grown produce, herbs, teas, and wellness goodies with you all.

Potato beetles are putting in WORK right now… and not the kind we want.

They’ve been hitting our 🥔 , 🍆 , 🍅 , and 🌶️ hard — all part of the nightshade family — and even snacking on wild nightshade weeds nearby. Honestly, we’d prefer they stay on the weeds and leave our crops alone!

Leaves are everything for these plants. That’s where they capture sunlight, photosynthesize, and turn energy into the sugars they need to grow and produce. No leaves = no energy = no harvest.

This is where our Integrated Pest Management (IPM) approach comes in. We always start with the least invasive methods first — observe, assess, and respond — before moving into stronger (but still natural/organic) solutions if needed.

Time to step in and protect the crops. Stay tuned as we test out remedies and share what works!
