Drywall repair and trim replacement due to water damage from a leak that was fixed. The repair turned out so good you can't even tell there was anything there before. I love when that happens. Paint matched up perfectly. Did some small misc repairs while waiting on mud to dry. Fixed the broken hinge on kitchen cabinet and replaced the broken swivel on the bifold door going into the laundry room. With Top Notch Construction

Huge deck job done in 2023 with Martin Remodeling. This was originally a small repair but when we started pulling the noticeably damaged boards near the house we could see the others were in bad shape too. The homeowner asked to do a full replacement. It rained almost the entire time!

Huge mosaic tile job with Martin Remodeling back in 2023. Such a huge challenge getting the tile control lines to make the room look squared. This room was out of square by 4". Look at those lines! It's such a hard time consuming job but the process is worth it with the results in the end. So happy with how this turned out!

Flashback to 2023 on a huge mosaic tile job done with
Martin Remodeling. Look at those lines! This bathroom/laundry room combo was almost 4 inches out of square and the control lines were my biggest challenge getting all the tiles to line up to make the room look squared. So much planning, cutting, labeling, and layout. But taking my time made the outcome so worth it in the end!

Huge things coming to Maid 2 Fix-it! Back to 2023 I helped an elderly friend with a rat issue and found a ton of damage! Unfortunately I was not able to completely fix the damage for her as I was not licensed, but I was able to remove the damaged areas ( insulation that was sitting in standing water with mold, broken chewed pipes, chewed electric) and I tagged each problem area with hanging colored tape for the plumbers and electrical people to come fix quickly. Saving her thousands of dollars in cost. I have now added Rat removal and repair into my tools and services I offer. It is still very new to me however I am happy to rid homeowners in my area of the biggest culprit of damage to homes as well as offer small repairs and referrals to reliable contractors for electrical and plumbing.
