It's National Boss's Day.
Which is kind of a strange thing to post from a company account, so we'll just give you the honest version.
The owners here still get on roofs. Still answer their own phones. Still show up when a job is running behind or something goes sideways.
That's not a brag. It's just how a small business works.
There's no big wall between the customer and the people running the company.
And to everybody else out there running a small business, today is yours too.
Because it's a whole lot harder than it looks from the outside.
