What You'll Do:
-Serve as the first point of contact for our member-owners
-Answer and route calls; support member inquiries with care
-Maintain accurate service and account records
-Process service orders and billing updates
-Assist with broadband scheduling and promote member services
-Support internal teams and cooperative events

What You Bring:
-High school diploma required (associate's or bachelor's degree preferred)
-Customer service experience preferred
-Strong communication and computer skills
-A cooperative, member-focused mindset and commitment to teamwork
-Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

⛈️⚡ Summer storms can cause power outages that last for days. If the power goes out, stay safe and keep cool until service is restored.

🔹 Stay far away from downed power lines—they may still be energized. If you encounter one, stay back and report it immediately.
🔹 Report outages to your electric utility as soon as possible.
🔹 Stay cool by wearing lightweight clothing, drinking plenty of water, closing blinds, and using battery-powered fans if available.
🔹 Keep refrigerator and freezer doors closed to help preserve food.
🔹 Check on neighbors, especially seniors, young children, and those with medical needs.
