WE'RE HIRING!! 💦💧💦

Our company is growing and we need to hire a new route tech! If you like working outdoors and helping people, then this job is for you! You will be in charge of your own pool route, cleaning pools, adding chemicals to pools and doing small repairs to pool equipment. We are looking for an energetic, outgoing, friendly person who wants to be the face of our company and grow with our company year after year. No experience required, we will train you and give you the tools and knowledge you need to be become part of a huge industry with great job security and a stable paycheck! Applicants with experience will earn higher starting pay!

Job requirements:
-Must be authorized to work in the US
-We will perform a background check (Do not apply if you have a criminal history!)
-Ability to pass a drug screen before employment and randomly throughout employment
-Must provide your own smartphone (Android or iPhone)
-You will be cleaning 50-70 pools a week with routes that are very close together.
-Assisting other technicians
-Filter cleaning
-Drain & Cleans
-Must be able to lift up to 100lbs
-Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions (rain, heat, snow)
-Must be able to work late hours if needed and possible saturdays
-Must be an early riser and start work by 8am every day.

Job Perks:
-Company Truck Provided - must have clean driving record and valid drivers license. Gas card for fuel. Can take truck home if you live within our minimum radius.
-All Tools and chemicals provided. We will provide shirts to work in.
-1 week paid vacation per year after one year & Paid vacation during the week of Christmas
-Off on major holidays
-Home on weekends unless emergency
-Will Cross train to learn additional skills
-Commission for Senior Techs

Job Pay:
-Pay is per job (Avg $900-1100/wk full time year round before taxes, after 3 month probation period), W-2 payroll
-Advancement Program to earn more money at your own pace
Retention Bonuses starting at $1000/yr

We had chemicals stolen out of one of our service trucks last night around 10:30pm at a local apartment complex off of Treepoint and Little Rd. in Arlington.

These are products we use every day to take care of our customers’ pools, and it’s frustrating to have something like this happen when we work hard for everything we have.

We do have camera footage of the individual and vehicle involved with license plate, and local authorities have been notified.

If this was you, now would be a good time to come clean and make it right before this goes any further.
