“This roof didn’t need and Insurance claim ….. It needed Replacing .”

A homeowner recently called Open Door Roofing & Construction for a roof inspection because they were concerned about the condition of their roof.

After a thorough inspection, we found that the roof was not damaged by hail, wind, or any other storm-related event. Instead, the roof had simply reached the end of its life due to age and years of exposure to the Texas weather.

Some of the issues we found included:

✔️ Aging and deteriorated roofing materials
✔️ Areas vulnerable to future leaks
