🚨 URGENT DONATION NEED 🚨

🐾 We are in desperate need of:

🦴 Dry dog food
🥣 Cottage Cheese

We currently have 105 dogs in our care and we are dangerously low on food for our dogs! Even one bag of dog food or one tub of cottage cheese can make a difference for the dogs in our care.

6 NEW items have been added to our menu! Is Richland county ready for more Thai food? 😀

In the past few months, we have been testing various Thai favorites. Based on customer feedback and reviews, we have added the following: Shrimp Pad Thai, Beef Boat Noodles, Ginger Chicken, Basil Chicken and Basil Beef, Steamed meat buns (BBQ Chicken or BBQ Pork), and ... Som Tum.

Please note: we are at the mercy of our ability to get deliveries of essential ingredients that are not widely available in this region of America such as Thai holy basil, fresh green Papaya, along with many various other materials from Asia. We will try our best to inform everyone who follows us on social media about upcoming

It's that time of the year to trim, train & treat your fruit trees before the fruiting buds wake up.

I usually trim fruit trees to an "open-vase" structure to increase airflow and for the sun to pe*****te the canopy with light & warmth.

For Pears & Apples, or any other fruit tree where fruit appear on the same fruiting spurs year after year, I like to train the scaffolding branches to stretch out to around a 45° angle. I use my self named "untal stretch" method to espalier the branches with rope & stakes to setup the fruiting branches for maximum fruiting potential.

If I need to treat the trees (pest & disease), I use horticulture oil or copper fungicide.
