Roof coating projects often stall because building owners have questions, doubts, or past experiences that make them hesitant.

That does not always mean a coating is the wrong solution.

It usually means the contractor needs to slow down, explain the process clearly, and help the owner understand when coatings make sense (and when they do not).

The strongest contractors do not try to pressure owners through objections. They use those concerns to build trust.
