Sneak peak at a new house underway in the city in the Logan Square neighborhood. Moving a little slow right now with the deep freeze underway but I am looking for the home to be completed this summer. 3,225 sq/ft home with 3 bedrooms upstairs and 2 more in the basement. More info to come.

Will be keeping the excavator busy this week after picking up 6 permits today. Another 4 unit townhome in MANTENO and 2 more single family homes in Bourbonnais. Forget 2020 and start anew in early 2021 with a new Dunree Home!!

Excited to see the start of two new homes in Bourbonnais. Sitting on the biggest lots in the subdivision, I'm sure these will be sold before completion.
