Notice: When turning on your outside lawn spigots this spring, be sure to check the area where your spigot is underneath for any potential water leakage from a broken spigot due to a freeze break. If you do see water running from a break, shut off the spigot immediately. This will cause the spigot to quit leaking, but must be replaced in order to use it again. Broken spigots are caused by 2 things. #1 by leaving the hose on the spigot over the winter and the pipe freezing up and breaking, and #2 a spigot that is not properly pitched so water will leak out the spigot after usage. Was so blessed to install a new water heater to 2 of my former teachers from Pine Island. Jeff and Sandy Schroeder. Mr Schroeder was my FFA adviser and ag teacher. Mrs Scheoeder was my 3rd grade science teacher. We had an amazing time catching up about our lives. And I made sure to tell them how much I appreciated them as two of my teachers back in the day. They always say you can’t go home. That’s not the case. Thank you so much for trusting me to install your water heater at your home. Another Happy satisfied customer at Zumbro Valley plumbing. But more than that a happy plumber that got to help out two of his former teachers. Thanks again!
