One rehab is officially complete — new concrete, new plumbing, a brand-new vermiculite bottom, and a fresh liner installed. This pool is looking brand new and summer-ready. 💦

Meanwhile, another pool is making big progress with its new vermiculite parge coat, then liner installation.

Huge thanks to Barnco in Mullica Hill, New Jersey for installing the beautiful pool house. Pavers are nearly finished, and the last step is plaster — then this pool will be 100% summer ready. ☀️🏖️
