LRM Concrete is hiring 𝟐 𝐏𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐖𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐋𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐫𝐬 to join our foundation construction crew. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role focused on poured concrete wall and foundation work. We are looking for dependable, hard-working individuals who take pride in quality craftsmanship and want to grow in the construction field.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys outdoor work, teamwork, and learning skilled construction practices.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
-Assist in poured wall and foundation construction, including excavation, formwork, and concrete placement
-Help set and strip forms for foundation walls
-Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely and effectively
-Load, unload, and move materials on job sites
-Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
-Follow instructions from foreman and support crew members as needed
𝐈𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐖𝐢𝐥𝐥:
Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Be reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
Be willing to learn and work in a fast-paced outdoor environment
Be able to work independently or as part of a team
Experience in construction or heavy equipment is a plus, but not required
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐬:
Job Type: Full-time (seasonal position with winter layoff periods)
Pay: $24.00 – $30.00 per hour
Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Day shift, Overtime available
Work Location: In person
