Effectively apply industry knowledge in a leadership capacity. Manage multiple crews and their daily schedules. Maintain open communication with Property Managers on service requests. Visit project sites at least once a week. Schedule and facilitate meetings to communicate project issues with all internal and external constituents. Schedule crews for routine maintenance, irrigation repairs and special projects.
Communicate on a professional level with both internal and external customers, written and verbal.
Professional management of labor force, record keeping and conflict resolution.
Valid Driver's license & reliable transportation required.
Knowledgeable in plants.
Ability to utilize Outlook, Excel, & Word.
