Looking to change up your yard? Maybe your backyard isn't useable as it is?

Well check out Kroschel's Real Estate & Landscaping Co. As we do everything from landscaping to property development!

Here is one of the projects we're doing this week and it's in line to be finished by the end of this coming week! Last week we built boulder walls, patio and a sidewalk along with some steps to bring them together! We also brought in 40+ tons of soil and reshaped this backyard into a useable space! Still have sod, mulch, irrigation, stepping stones and more!

Have you ever thought of living in a barn?

If so, Kroschel's Real Estate & Landscaping Co. can help you out!

Kroschel's RLC will be starting our first housing development in 2023 and it'll be barndominium's only! So if want to build your dream barndominium now's the time to start gathering ideas and finding a architect to work with and help your dreams come to reality. Can take up too 2 years for first time home builders to design exactly what they want for their dream home, so it's never too soon to start planning! Hence why we are posting now to give folks a chance to plan and think!

We are still searching for the right development property that fits are requirements. The land won't be more then 45 mins from the twin cities and will have 2-6 acre lots!

If a barndominium isn't for you then we will sell lots on the development for you to build your dream house of your choice! Lots will be 2-6 acres.

Kroschel's Real Estate & Landscaping Co. Does all the excavation, concrete, land clearing, road building, driveways, ponds(if wanted), finish landscaping, and more.

But we do not actually build and customize the barndominiums yet as we sub-contract that half of the development process out which gives you the opportunity to choose who you want to build your home. Of course we have contacts for you if you are new to all of this and can get you on the right track! Hoping by 2025 to have our own crews for every step!
