With more than four decades of experience in development, construction, and property management, Joel has dedicated his career to creating high-quality housing communities throughout the Midwest. His expertise spans a wide range of residential projects designed to meet the unique needs of local communities.

For the last 25 years, Joel has specialized in senior housing, helping develop hundreds of units that enhance comfort, independence, and quality of life for older adults.

Today, Joel serves as a partner at Suite Living Senior Care in Minnesota, where he has helped grow the organization to 18 communities across the Twin Cities area. His passion for resident-centered housing and commitment to excellence continue to shape the future of senior living.
