From the first contact, Mari attended me with excellent customer service, she was very diligent in informing me about her prices and availability to perform the service. We could not do it for the agreed time, there was a delay in the arrival of the truck, normal things, there are jobs that require certain conditions, as was the case with me, and this makes the routes take a little longer than agreed.
Janice was very attentive and diligent to solve all this and also, as I required another truck, she took care of putting it on site in record time.
As I said before, the conditions of the service that I requested were quite delicate, however, both the truck operators and the pump operator had all the patience to provide the service, in addition to accompanying it with their professionalism.
I am quite pleased with the service provided, I am sure that I will contact you very soon for a next service.
