Action Asphalt Maintenance LLC is looking for Seasonal Crew Team Members to join our team for the May–November work season. You will work on residential and commercial asphalt maintenance projects (driveways, parking lots, etc.) across central Wisconsin. No prior experience is required. Key Responsibilities
• Sealcoating Application: Apply asphalt sealer to driveways and parking lots, using brushes, squeegees, or spray equipment.
• Crack Filling: Clean out cracks and fill them with hot rubber or crack sealant material.
• Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain various tools and equipment, such as sealcoat sprayers, pumps, blowers, and edgers.
• Job Site Preparation & Cleanup: Clean and prepare pavement surfaces for sealing
• General Labor: Perform general labor duties including loading and unloading materials, moving equipment, and supporting the crew with any tasks needed.
• Safety & Teamwork: Work as a team to complete projects efficiently, and help maintain a safe, organized job site at all times.

Details:
• No experience? No problem! You’ll receive training on sealcoating techniques & equipment use.
• Competitive Pay: Starting $18/hour, with the potential to earn up to $25/hour as you gain experience, take on more responsibility.
• Seasonal Work April–November: Work outdoors during the beautiful Wisconsin spring, summer, and fall.
• Team Environment: Join a friendly, small crew where your efforts are noticed and take pride in completing projects.


Qualifications & Skills
• Strong Work Ethic: Dependable and willing to work hard every day.
• Physical Ability: Capable of performing manual labor in an outdoor environment. Must be able to be on your feet for extended periods, handle Wisconsin summer weather, and lift materials (up to ~50 lbs) as needed.
• Team Player: Works well with others and communicates effectively.
• Flexible Availability: Available during the April–November season. We will accommodate your schedule, but ask that you communicate your availability reliably. (weekend work is required based on weather and job schedules)
• Transportation: Reliable transportation to our shop/meeting point

*Driver’s license is a plus but not required for the crew role itself.*

Applicants must be at least 16 years old for this role.

We offer a very flexible part time or full time schedule to work around your summer time activities. Team members work together maintaining & fixing residential driveways and commercial parking lots.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Ability to work together in a team environment with minimal supervision
Operate commercial powered handheld equipment
Basic knowledge of asphalt pavement
Quality of product application is up to standards
Knowledge of using google maps or apple maps

Requirements:
Valid driver’s license preferred, but not required
Familiarity with asphalt maintenance industry standards, but not required

Compensation: $15 to $22 per hour
