This week, Oceanica Services completed another beautiful tropical transformation.

A beautiful new synthetic turf putting green installation recently completed!

This is a great example of how a simple outdoor space can be transformed into something both functional and fun. These types of custom putting greens can be designed through my company and installed by highly skilled local contractors who take great pride in their work.

I had the privilege this past year of designing a beautiful landscape for some truly amazing clients. I’m always so grateful to work with such wonderful people.
The installation was completed just after the new year by Christians Landscaping, who did an incredible job on every detail. The pavers were installed by John from Paver Dave, and his work was absolutely impeccable.

I'm so excited to share one of my newest landscape designs that was just installed — and it turned out beautifully! The clients went with a mix of tropical plants to give the space that lush, vibrant island vibe 🌺🌴. The fresh, real grass adds the perfect softness underfoot and brings the whole yard to life.

In 2022, I was invited to design the landscaping for a nine-home community in Islamorada Called Oceanside. Along with the landscape plans, I also assisted in the design of the pools and driveways. Seven of the homes were completed last year, with the landscape installation carried out by Tim Matthews.

While visiting a nearby project today, I stopped by to check in on the community. It’s still an active construction zone, with two homes left to be finished, but I was happy to see how beautifully the pools and landscaping have come together.

This beautiful home was completed several months ago, and I recently ran into my client who shared how peaceful her yard feels every time she steps outside. She wanted a thoughtful space not only for herself, but also for her two dogs. To achieve this, I designed with lush tropicals, incorporated native plants, and selected hardy varieties that could thrive through our Florida summers.

Oceanica Services did an outstanding job installing the landscaping, irrigation, and lighting. I would also be remiss not to mention that this exceptional home was built entirely by Design Center. From start to finish, their team collaborated with all of us to create something truly special for the client.

Key Colony Beach Project
I recently had the privilege of designing the landscaping for new clients in Key Colony Beach. The primary goal was to transform their yard into a more functional and enjoyable space for both the homeowners and their dogs. The backyard presented several challenges, including the lack of a patio around the pool and significant grading issues that made the space unusable. I reimagined the layout to include a custom-designed patio, addressed the grading to improve accessibility, and redesigned the concrete driveway using beautiful Tremron pavers in the "Glacier" color, which perfectly complements the home’s aesthetic. The finishing touches—lush landscaping, subtle lighting, and synthetic turf—brought the entire design together. The clients are now happily settled into Keys life and enjoying their transformed outdoor oasis. Cesar and Felix from Oceanica Services installed the entire project and did a fantastic job.
