I’m a whole lot confused on this situation.. so I had our water turned off at the old house months ago.. got my deposit money back etc. it’s been 4 months and apparently they never turned the water off or locked the meter.. now there is major flood damage cuz I guess from the freeze the lines probably busted.. how would you go about handling the situation? The trailer needs work and is liveable .. now I don’t know how long the water was running and leaking everywhere.. would you throw a fit with the water department who failed to urnnitnoffnon their side causing major damage to our property and who’s gonna be responsible for the bill for the water usage? That’s on them I feel
