This project was one for the books. We cleared this property 18 months ago by taking absolutely everything off the property to make room for this beautiful house. This time we added roughly 15 loads of topsoil to create the look the customer wanted for his yard while also making it to where the water will shed in the desired direction. We also created this awesome retaining wall that serves the purpose of not only looks but structure and water retention. Then we had to make the gravel drive way which included the base and riprap on the edge to help with erosion. Finally to finish up this project we used the power rake to break up the top soil so that the grass seed could germinate well. We find it really amazing when we have a previous customer who calls us back 18 months later to finish what we started. Without the returning customers and the referrals we wouldn’t be in business! Erosion problems we can help! On this project we added a drain basin and built up a berm then added rip rap! After the drain was in place we added sod to keep the dirt from washing away.
