I am not a political person, however this back pack blower ban that is up for vote at town meeting is absolutely insane and would TAKE AWAY rights of Marblehead homeowners!! Please please go to town meeting and vote YES ON 47 - Todd Norman, an amazing local landscaper got article 47 on the ballot to end the ban on backpack blowers, article 48 is the enforcements that would go into effect if the ban goes through, THEY ARE FINING HOMEOWNERS, NOT LANDSCAPERS, article 48 would take away your right to have a backpack blower being used on your property - what will be next? PLEASE VOTE YES ON 47 and NO ON 48!!!

Leafblowers emit 80-90 decibels of noise, which is the same as an average hairdryer, vacuum cleaner and garbage disposal.
