Solid Bilt Structures - Schoen Sales Buildings are delivered completely built from our factory at the Madison, NY location. Best results with crushed stone pad to lay the building on.

All buildings are built on pressure treated 4' x 4' runners, with 2' x 4" floor joists built 16 inches on center. 5/8" Plywood floors finish the foundation of the building. We will level building and square it with whatever you would like us to, no extra charge.
