Little bit of rough site grading and water line installation we did a few weeks ago to get this customer closer to getting some grass growing. Big thanks to the guys over at Drake Property Solutions for helping us cut and relocate around 2000 yards of material

Some rough grade work we did on this new build. It required anywhere from 2 to 6 feet of fill in some spots due to the higher water table and the customer wanting it built into a hillside. Next step is prep for the shop pad and spread topsoil to finish off this site

300’ driveway in Marysville so this build can kick off. We were also able to get the basement marked out and dug so the foundation can be started this week. Big thanks to Drake Property Solutions for lending a hand. A lot more to be done on this project so stay tuned

Spring weather making it tough to get the exterior dirt work done but we were able to do some interior work to get this 36’ x 28’ garage and 82’ x 8’ cellar final graded and ready for concrete this week

Took advantage of the warmer weather yesterday by starting to get some backfill done on this winter build

Next step is the septic install and some more tree cleanup to increase the size of the yard. Stay tuned for more updates
