We are currently looking for an HVAC Service Coordinator to manage daily service operations by scheduling and dispatching technicians, acting as the primary liaison between customers and field staff. Ensure efficient, timely, and cost-effective maintenance, repair, and installation services. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in software like Microsoft Office , Quickbooks and organizational abilities to manage work orders, parts, and invoicing.
Scheduling and Dispatching: Assigning service technicians to maintenance, repair, and emergency calls based on skill, location, and availability.
Fulltime-$18 to $25 per hour based on experience in HVAC industry and work with microsoft office and Quickbooks. Must have exceptional customer service and phone skills.
