Just finished this large 550sqft deck with Timbertech Dark Roast and Espresso composite decking along with Trex Signature aluminum rails. The home owners did the demo and removal of the old free standing deck leaving us a nice clean slate for the new build.

We built the pool deck at this house 2 years ago. We were called back to build the upper deck and retrofit the pool deck rails to connect the two with a staircase. Now this family can enjoy there pool straight out of there main living level sliding door. Not to mention the additional space it created for them.

This week we have started on a unique pool house project in Duanesburg NY with Nicky G. from High Rock Studio

We will be finishing all the framing this week so the electrician and plumber can fit all there mechanicals. After that we will be back to finish it off with alot of unique touches and CEDAR! This will be one you will want to see once we finish.

A project we started last week in Grafton NY

Its amazing to see the lumber “trees” that were used when this beautiful camp was originally built

We raised the height of the stair way to code height first. It only had 5’2” of clearance prior! “Can you do the limbo” ok you can sleep upstairs then.

We then demoed the upstairs bath to give it more space and better flow. We will be adding a larger shower and sink.
We will be back at it here once all of the bath fixtures come in.

How time passes in the blink of an eye!
It feels like only a short time ago, but in reality it’s been almost 20 years since I installed this landscaping for these very loyal customers in Rotterdam. They have called me back every season since the installation to trim, w**d, edge, and mulch there plantings. The plants have filled in and grown a lot over the years but still look good with a healthy yearly clean up.

We removed a very tired old shed for a customer in Rotterdam. Poured a nice 8’x16’ concrete pad for the new shed and built away. Gave it nice vinyl siding and a shingle roof to match the house. All those lawn tools will stay nice and cozy in their new home.

We easily created some dry outdoor space for this customer under her second story decks. One has usable patio space and the other a hot tub, now they can stay dry in the rain. ZipUp deck ceiling system was used with a couple seamless catch gutters, and down spouts.
