Our Dallas team and subcontractors hit the pavement once again for the annual St. Jude Walk/Run 5K! Thanks to incredible teamwork and support, we raised $37,250 to support the life-saving work of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

We are deeply grateful to everyone who donated, walked, and rallied behind this cause. Continuing this tradition year after year is a testament to what we can achieve when we come together for our community.

Recently, we gathered for the 5th Annual Conlan Cup to support the incredible mission of Shepherd Center. We are continually blown away by the dedication of our sponsors and participants who show up to help us support the Patient Assistance Fund and the Recreation Therapy Program. Giving back to the communities where we live and work is a cornerstone of The Conlan Company culture. Recently, our Dallas team came together to support local families with a back-to-school drive by partnering with Children's Advocacy Center of Collin County!

Through the incredible generosity of our team, we collected 52 backpacks and raised $1,715 to support children in foster care and families in need. Beyond the donations, several of our team members spent time volunteering at the event. Seeing the smiles on the children’s faces and witnessing the firsthand impact of this drive was an unforgettable experience.

Happy National Intern Day! At The Conlan Company, summer internships can become life-long careers, because we don’t just hire employees – we invest in individuals. This summer, we welcomed 23 interns representing 12 different universities to the team!

We are incredibly proud of the hard work and fresh perspectives our interns bring to our projects every day. It is no secret why people who start here, finish here—many of our team members have been with us for more than two decades, and dozens started their careers as interns with us! Thank you to all of our interns for your dedication and for helping us build the future.
