We are looking for a multi talented Project Manager to run a diverse portfolio of residential remodeling projects. You must be organized, detail oriented and comfortable with the challenges of remodeling.
We are a one-stop provider for Roofing, Siding, Windows & Decks

Responsibilities:
Oversee planning, implementation, and ex*****on of assigned projects.
Coordinate with customer to define project scope and goals.
Supervise subcontractors for installation and ensure that they have a good understanding of project requirements.
Coordinate with office support staff to confirm appropriate resources and materials are available as needed.
Manage project changes and implement appropriate interventions to achieve project goals (ex: change orders or material shortages/overages).
Ensure a high level of customer service.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2-4 years industry experience a must
Bilingual preferred
Strong leadership qualities
Deadline and detail-oriented
Basic Microsoft Office skills required
