Our customer had a clogged drain due to water absorbing crystals being put down the drain. They attempted to plunge it and broke the drain. We replaced the broken parts, vacuumed and snaked out the crystals and got the sink working properly again.

Upon arrival our customer had a wobbly toilet so we shut off the water and pulled the toilet. There was an old toilet fl**ge that had rusted out so we removed the old metal band and replaced it with a new one and poured cement back as it was never done before. We reinstalled the toilet with new toilet bolts and siliconed it down.
