Each of these recipients demonstrates what it means to be an Ideal Team Player—not just through what they accomplish, but through how they show up for their teammates, our customers, and MAXAIR.
⭐Michael Stile
Michael consistently demonstrates a team-first attitude through his willingness to help, teach apprentices, and step up whenever extra support is needed. Whether volunteering for overtime, checking in at the end of the day to see what else needs to be done, or producing exceptionally detailed paperwork, Michael can always be counted on to do what helps the team succeed.
⭐Alexis Mendoza
Alexis continues to take on responsibilities well beyond what would typically be expected of a Sheet Metal Apprentice, stepping into an Assistant Superintendent role with maturity and professionalism. Whether helping lead the MA Jones project when the team needed him or even volunteering to wear a school mascot costume for an Open House, Alexis consistently puts the team, customer, and experience of others ahead of himself.
⭐Mike Chang
Mike stepped into one of CMS’s most challenging projects at a critical time, taking on Project Manager responsibilities while continuing to support his existing role. Through tremendous pressure, he worked alongside the field team, brought clarity and direction, and did whatever was needed to get the Intuitive project back on track—demonstrating humility, hunger, and a true team-first mindset.
⭐Dominique Traylor
Dominique consistently steps up when the team and our customers need him, especially after hours and in unexpected situations. When NGMC needed immediate help with loose sheet metal on its helipad, Dominique responded without hesitation, just as he has many times before—always bringing a great attitude and representing MAXAIR exceptionally well.
Thank you to each of these nominees for showing us what humble, hungry, and smart looks like in action and for helping make MAXAIR the kind of team we are proud to be part of.
