The final pictures of the deck and room around the swim pool/ spa. Framed removalable Trex deck around pool/spa. Underdecking for waterproof room below deck along with roof line over pool/spa. We built custom windows on site to allow for ventalation as well as air flow. Final exterior photos. This was a very fun and challenging job.

Another great Trex deck with Fortress Aluminum railing system. Some how I missed getting before pictures. This job had a huge sink hole only feet away from the deck. Called in an engineer to speck out Helical pilings to support the new deck.

After footings and block work was completed steel I beam installed, deck went up with Fortress Aluminum railing system new stairs and lower landing. Roof line over swim pool / spa has been completed. New electrical panel went in. Walls under deck with siding waiting on underdecking ceiling to go in. Ceiling over swim pool /spa completed. Now waiting on the swim pool / spa to arrive after a long delay due to covid-19.

After deck demo, grading, footings and during block work. Also upgrading power to house from 200 amp to a 400 amp servic...

After deck demo, grading, footings and during block work. Also upgrading power to house from 200 amp to a 400 amp service in order to have enough power for the swim pool / spa and additional electrical work needed for enclosure. Trenching done and underground power in. Ready for the next phase of the project.

Remodeled entire flip house for Dale Bundy. We had to redesign the interior stairs as they didn't meet the new current building code. Installed new kitchen cabinets. Remodeled the basement/garage to meet new building codes. Built new rear deck. And did major repairs to the front porch. As well as both both bathrooms. Among many other repair.
