Pipe Fabrication is the manufacture of piping components - elbows, tees, fittings, flanges-to straight lengths of metallic pipe. This fabrication which can include welding, bending, cutting, beveling, and more can be used to provide a simple or complex piping systems to safely transport process liquids, gases, and/or solids. Pipe fabrication can take place on a field construction project or in a pipe fabrication shop. Pipe fabrication has and continues to be an important part of our infrastructure in commercial, institutional, and industrial facilities.
Pioneer Pipe has over 45 years of experience in Pipe fabrication in both on site and shop fabrication. Due to our size and wide range of experience, we have been able to retain the region’s most respected estimators, project managers, supervisors, and craftsmen in-house. In fact, almost all of our key personnel have over 20 years of experience with Pioneer.

We operate four fabrication shops in the Marietta, Ohio area, where we perform all types of pipe, structural steel, miscellaneous steel, and modular fabrication and assembly. In total, we have over 300,000 square feet of fabrication space under roof.
