Our Royals Commercial team in Maryland continues to deliver quality air barrier installations on K-12 projects, including Brandywine and Fairwood Elementary Schools.

For these two projects with MCN Build, the team is installing SOPREMA SOPRASEAL Stick VP air and v***r barrier, below-grade waterproofing, joint sealants, expansion joints, and spray foam insulation.

We enjoyed attending the Associated Builders and Contractors of Georgia Awards Gala and celebrating another year of outstanding projects across our industry.

Congratulations to this year's Excellence in Construction Award winners, including Alpha Atlanta for the work completed on the HJAIA ATL South Parking Deck and HJAIA Concourse D Widening projects.

Our Alpha Atlanta team is hard at work on the new Northside Hospital Cherokee Medical Office Building and Parking Deck in Canton, Georgia.

Working alongside Batson-Cook, our team is installing spray-applied and intumescent fireproofing, closed-cell spray foam insulation, crystalline waterproofing, below-grade waterproofing, and building and site sealants across the new 8-story parking structure and 6-story, 150,000-square-foot medical office building.

A lot of work is taking shape across this major healthcare project, and we’re excited to see the continued progress.

Another exciting project is underway for the Alpha team, and we're proud to partner with Yates Construction and S.B. Ballard Construction Company on this project.

Our Raleigh team has begun below-grade waterproofing at the Norfolk Resort Hotel & Casino, installing 13,000 square feet of GCP Preprufe and 50,000 square feet of GCP Silcor 900MP. Alpha is also providing the project's hot-applied waterproofing, expansion joints, air barrier, fireproofing, and sprayed insulation.

The San Antonio International Airport is growing, and we're proud to be part of the expansion.

Our San Antonio team is installing the spray foam insulation and fireproofing systems, including more than 350,000 square feet of closed-cell spray foam in the concrete crawl space, along with a gray thermal barrier on the steel beams and decking in the Level 1 baggage area.

We're grateful for the opportunity to partner with HENSEL PHELPS on this impressive project.

Our restoration team is currently removing outdated expansion joint systems and installing new 6" WaboCrete ME-850 Gen II wing expansion joints at the CONRAC parking garage at San Antonio International Airport.

Projects like this help extend the service life of critical infrastructure while supporting long term performance and durability.
