According to the property manager, the first contractor’s assessment was all “doom and gloom.”
They quickly concluded the roof was compromised and needed full replacement—without ever stepping foot on the roof or even putting a drone in the air.
We were called in for a second opinion, and as always, we believe the best inspections happen on the roof, not from the ground.
Let’s be honest—this would be a great project for any roofing contractor to land. We sell roofs, siding, windows, decks, and exterior renovations every day. But our reputation isn’t built on selling projects people don’t need. It’s built on giving honest answers, even when that answer is “your roof is fine.”
After a thorough inspection, we found no storm-related damage and no signs of abnormal wear. The only items identified were a few minor repairs related to the original installation nearly eight years ago.
Overall, the roof remains in good condition and has plenty of service life remaining.
The best part of the visit wasn’t finding problems—it was leaving the HOA Board with confidence and peace of mind.
When the time comes for repairs, maintenance, or eventual replacement, they know exactly who to call for an honest assessment backed by facts, not fear.
Integrity isn’t always the fastest path to a sale, but it’s always the right one.
