Check out this three day transformation we recently completed.

🔷 Removed existing concrete patio/stairs and excavated out from current 12'x12' patio to new 20' x 23' paver patio. (Customer wanted more room to entertain guests)

🔷 Installed fabric and compacted 20 ton of 1 inch clean in lifts for proper drainage/sub base.

🔷Screeded 1" of 3/8 chip after setting rails with transit laser to ensure proper heights. Installed Shale gray Blu-60 smooth pavers with an Onyx black 6" x 13" accent border. Patio was edge bonded and poly sanded.

🔷 Installed 3 passageway steps for access into house. Home owners wanted to maximize patio space and eliminate previous landing area.

🔷 Added a dump truck of dirt on the backside of the house to raise the elevation and allow for proper drainage that was causing issues before. Tiled out downspouts to get them away from back of house.

🔷Added new landscaping along the back side of the house. Graded the yard after work was completed to tie it all together. Over-seeded, fertilized and straw matted area to finish the job.

A vision without ex*****on is delusion.

✔️Removed existing patio, retaining walls and excavated out & hauled away old sub base.

✔️Set all new elevations, added all new sub base.

✔️New keystone compact retaining wall with universal cap. (Charcoal)

✔️New para stone slabs installed, spaced evenly with 3/8 chip between.

✔️Permstik chip stabilizer applied to bind the aggregate and minimize chip scattering and loss.

✔️ Dirt & seed added to the minimal area disturbed during this installation of this project.

A beautiful landscape doesn't happen by itself.

The Limitless Landscape team recently completed this landscape overhaul in 24 hours.

✔️Tore out existing landscaping and hauled it away
✔️Installed small boulder wall to hold the elevation of a flat & usable planting area across the front of the house
✔️ brought in new dirt to raise elevation around the house to have positive drainage away.
✔️Tiled out downspouts to pop up drains
✔️New charcoal bullet edging with 6 mil plastic and 2-3 inch rock.
✔️New low maintenance plant material installed
✔️dirt and seed to anything disturbed

Most people don’t notice drainage until it becomes a problem.

This one already was.

We stripped out the failing sod, brought in fresh dirt, and raised the elevation to finally push water away from the home—not toward it. Downspouts were tiled out properly, so runoff has somewhere to go instead of pooling where it shouldn’t.

The old retaining wall? Done.
Rebuilt from the ground up using Keystone compacts.

Finished it off with river rock, charcoal bullets, and matching charcoal edging to tie everything together.

Now it’s not just fixed it’s clean, intentional, and built to last.
