This is Evan, a crew lead at Blue Oak. Here he is displaying courage, team work, and rope skills at a huge waterfall rappel we did this week. Evan does a whole lot for the company and has shown great ownership in less than a year! We’re glad to have him!

This is Tray, a hard working father of two. He’s also an apprentice climber, machine operator, truck driver, and arborist trainee. He has learned a lot of skills, but things are always tight when you have a single income and a family of 4 to feed.
