Another successful landscape transformation completed by Revival Land Management.

For this project, we installed tan cobble edging, two custom rock retaining features, medium Wabash landscape stone, fresh plantings, and finished the beds with premium black mulch to create a clean, low-maintenance landscape design that complements the property perfectly.

From preparation to final cleanup, this entire project was completed in just one day through hard work from our crew.

Have drainage issues?

This homeowner had an addition added on to their beautiful home the grade was to high around the foundation

Original grading was what the doctor ordered but after a septic line was marked we had to call an audible!

We installed the retaining wall with clean stone backfill and a drain tile in the back and center hooked in the downspouts and now no more moisture issues!

Super fun project completed lots of different variables on this one!

We started by removing the tree and rootball to begin building up the west corner

We put 100tons of rip rap along the corner and south side of this lean too to create a parking pad under roof

We built the lean too from all treated lumber even if it’s covered it’s still exposed to outside elements! Built to last

We finished up by hauling 6 loads of fill 1 load of top soil seed and straw to add more flat space for the homeowners

Check out this project we just completed you won’t be disappointed!

This project was no cake walk with 400+ tons of stone behind these two walls almost no access we had to plan every step of this project for it all to work in the end

The block we chose was Chicago blend made by Keystone Hardscapes these block weigh in right at 80lb a piece! With all of the proper installation steps these walls will last a lifetime and more!

We finished up the area with 24 natural stone steps rip rap finish for easy maintenance long term this is a turn key build for a new construction home!

Next is concrete!

Tight access?

NO PROBLEM!

It pays to have equipment for the job out mt100 mini skid worked hard on this one! We finished project back at the beginning of March!

We installed a tight access cart path with a rip rap finish carrying down along the dock

We installed lots of medium wabash cobble edgers to make a maintenance free area around the deck and patio

Lastly we extended the concrete side walk for a more symmetrical look!

A super fun project!

We installed a building pad for a car port removed a stump and installed a drainage line

But to finish it off we went ahead and install the footings and bottom rails and tie downs for the car port! Now this customer is ready to do the rest!
