Installed some new LED high bay lights today in a customer's shop. This customer has been working in this shop without any ceiling lights for over 10 years. Here was very thrilled with how much light he has now.

Emergency service call from the other day. Customer called because they only had half power in the house. Opened the panel cover to find this. The main breaker has a poor connection and just kept arcing until it eventually got to this point. We replaced the panel with a new one and got them back up and running. They had another contractor replace the underground wire and the service at the pole for them losing power, but this was the problem all along. And if they had let this go much longer it could've burned the house down. But it is all safe now.
