When getting a new dishwasher, or a kitchen remodel, sometimes things happen. In this case, the customer had both, and couldn't figure out why a new dishwasher wouldn't work.

Once we arrived on site, it didn't take us long to figure it out. Being authorized for many brands gives us a better understanding of error codes, and issues that some repair centers may not have access to.

We went to work on removing the dishwasher, and low and behold, the water line was kinked behind the unit. That's something an installer should've caught. Easy fix, and now another satisfied customer!
