We are seeking passionate, hard-working candidates to be our on-call snow removal operators

EXPECTATIONS:

Must be available and willing at any hour between October 30th and the last snowstorm of the season. Shifts vary depending on the size of the storm, and can be anywhere from 6-hours, to more than 12-hours long.
Have the ability to work well with other team members to efficiently and safely complete each assignment.
Be punctual, reliable, and passionate about the Property One client commitment.
REQUIREMENTS:

Able to work outdoors in freezing weather conditions
Maintain good physical condition to be able to lift 50-60 pounds without assistance
Valid and Clean driver’s license with no restrictions (NO CDL required)
Pass a company safety training course and drug test
Ability to use smartphone for two-way communication, mobile dispatch
Work well under high-pressure situations
​Have transportation to reach jobsite
EARN UP TO $45/HR!! Experience working with an amazing team.

Full Job Description

We are currently hiring for this upcoming Landscape season.

Our maintenance division executes the following: spring cleanups, mowing, mulching, pruning, weeding, flower, tree, and shrub installs, fall cleanups, tree work, lawn renovations, aeration and overseeding, and more.

All applicants must be willing and able to work full days outside in varying weather conditions.

We offer competitive wages based on experience, overtime, optional health insurance, assistance and training for certifications and licenses, and a great working environment.

Requirements:

Crew Member (no experience) – Willing to train the right individuals with a desire to learn and grow $15-$16/hour

Crew Member (1-2 years experience) – Knowledge of mowing, line trimming, pruning, mulching $16-$16.50/hour

Crew Member (2-3 years experience) – Demonstrate proficient knowledge and ability in all seasons: spring cleanups through fall cleanups $17-$17.50/hour

Pass a pre-employment drug test

We are currently seeking a landscape laborer professional to work alongside our landscape maintenance division while completing a wide range of residential and commercial projects.

Responsibilities:

Ability to work well with all crew members in all aspects of landscape maintenance.

Assist with regular weekly mowing visits, mulching,pruning and spring/fall clean ups.

Maintain high standard of quality while maintaining safe work habits

General requirements:

3 years experience from past landscape laborers positions.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Must have a DOT Card
Pesticide and hoisting license or willing to obtain
High attention to detail
Organization and communication
Drug free work environment
Dependable, punctual, team oriented
40 hrs. per week with overtime
Must be able to work weekends as needed
