Another big one knocked out by the Rainman Roofing & Repairs crew 💪🏽🏠

Commenced this full 60 square tear-off roof replacement on Monday morning and completed it by Monday evening around 7PM, ensuring the roof was completely dried in, shingled, cleaned up, and finished. Although it was a long day, our dedication to delivering exceptional results for our customers drove us to push through.

The project included:
- Full tear-off to the decking
- Installation of ice and water shield in all eaves and valleys
- New valley metal installation with a clean shingle no-cut valley finish
- Installation of new synthetic underlayment
- New flashing and pipe boots
- Ridge vent ventilation system
- Owens Corning shingles installed
- Complete cleanup with magnetic nail sweep

We are extremely proud of our crew for their perseverance and commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail, enabling us to complete this project in a single day.
