R&R Pool Service is seeking a motivated and reliable Swimming Pool Service Technician to join our team in Merced, Ca! As a Swimming Pool Tech for R&R Pool Service, you will be responsible for professionally managing an assigned route that includes weekly customer visits. It is the Technicians responsibility for keeping the customer’s swimming pool clean, and chemicals balanced while keeping a detailed record of chemicals used, work completed, and potential service repairs needed.
Expectations:
-Clean the pool floor, walls, steps and seats
-Carry out scheduled water cleaning, using chemicals
-Maintain the pool pumps and filters.
-Responsible for safe and proper handling and mixing of pool chemicals
-Maintain cleanliness of the pool and spa area
-Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks such as vacuuming, skimming, brushing, and emptying baskets
-Clean and inspect filters on a regular basis.
-Keep detailed records of all chemicals used and maintenance performed.
-Identify any issues with equipment and report to the office or proper supervisor.
-Managing truck inventory of equipment, chemicals and supplies
-Communicate the status of the pool with the homeowner and proper supervisor
-Perform all duties in a safe manner.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
-A valid CA driver’s license with a clean driving record
-The ability to lift 50 pounds.
-Ability to work outside in a variety of temperatures. Summer gets HOT!
-Prior work in various outside weather conditions is strongly recommended. -Experience in pool cleaning is preferred, but not mandatory. We will provide training the right candidate.
Starting pay $18-20/hr
