Job Summary
We are a small family owned and operated landscaping company that has been in operation for over 15 years. We service the Marlborough community as well as surrounding towns.
We pride ourselves on creating the best yards and lawns for our clients while providing high-quality service. We are looking for a full time dependable employee to bring on to the team. Experience preferred but not necessary.
You will nurture lawns and plants for our clients while also fostering team unity as you work. Pay is based on experience and willingness to learn ranging from $15-20 per hour.

Job Responsibilities
• Care for lawns and plants using a variety of tools, including rakes, shovels, trimmers, and pruning shears, to ensure they remain aesthetically pleasing.
• Mow the lawn using edgers and mowers, keeping it at an optimal height.
• Keep plants and flowers healthy by pruning, trimming trees, shrubs, weeding, mulching and aerating.
• Keep flower beds and garden areas clean by picking up any dead branches and flowers as well as trimming or picking the plants as needed.

Jobs Skills & Qualifications
Required:
• Detail orientated, willingness to learn, quality minded, punctual, dependable, strong ability to work in team environment with positive attitude
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to and from work
• Clean background check
• Able to stand, bend, and squat for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds
• Proficient in English

Preferred:
• 1+ years of experience with Landscape maintenance and commercial lawn equipment or similar
