This paver pad was installed by a builder just a few years ago, and it was already failing badly. After pulling up the pavers, we found there was little to no proper base underneath — the main reason for the sinking and uneven surface.

We dug out huge rocks and organic material, installing 12” of compacted 3/4” crushed stone to properly support the entryway to the customer’s garage.

Now the surface is solid, level, and safe. No more worrying about stepping out of the garage and twisting an ankle!
